Deck Officers, Engineers and Crew selected to serve our ships are of the highest International Standard.
They must comply with all Certification Rules as per STCW 95 and also fulfill requirements set by the Flag States.
C.O.C. must be obtained from any of the following Countries, as per the Company requirements.
India, UK, Australia & Singapore.
Applications should be forwarded to the Branch Office at Bombay, who after scrutinizing various Documents, checking background reports from the previous Employers and interviewing the candidate will forward their findings on an appropriate Format to the Head Office for final approval.
With few exceptions, primarily Ships staff is from India as it simplifies communications and maintains cultural harmony on board which is the long run is healthy for the Ships and the Owners.
To fulfill our future requirements and maintain the High Standard of Officers, Engineers and Crew, Deck Cadets, Trainee Marine Engineers and Trainee Seaman are inducted into the Company on a regular basis. This has and will ensure a steady flow of Staff from the bottom rung upwards.
We are proud to state that many of our present young Masters and Chief Engineers joined our Company as Deck Cadets and Trainee Marine Engineers and in due course have reached the top.
