The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the efficient technical management of Dockendale’s vessels, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, safety and operational excellence. This role includes managing daily vessel operations, overseeing maintenance and driving continuous improvements in fleet performance. A minimum 0-3 years experience is required.
The Training Superintendent is responsible for delivering high-quality engine room training to seafarers. This role also includes supporting fleet performance and working closely with the technical and crewing teams to maintain consistently high training standards across the fleet. A minimum of 2 years of sailing experience as a Chief Engineer is required. The candidate must hold VICT/ TOTA/ IMO 6.09 certification and gas experience is preferred.
